Positioning guardrails
Best for
- Finance, AP and treasury teams that want independent verification of payee identity and bank account ownership before every payment.
- Organisations running high-volume B2B EFT/ACH payment runs across ERP, TMS and procurement systems.
- Companies that must evidence segregation of duties and audit-ready payment controls to boards and auditors.
- Businesses onboarding many new suppliers who need continuous re-verification whenever bank details change.
Ideal size: 100–5,000+ employees people · Mid-market to enterprise with ERP/TMS-driven AP and a finance controls owner
Not for
- Consumer or low-volume payers where per-payment verification overhead outweighs fraud exposure.
- Teams wanting a self-serve, published-price product; pricing is quoted and scales with spend.
- Buyers seeking modular single features, as all capabilities are sold as one platform.
- Organisations unwilling to share supplier and bank data with a third-party verification network.

Bottom line
Eftsure is a payment-integrity and fraud-prevention platform that independently verifies payee identity and bank account ownership before B2B payments leave. It layers government registry checks, sanctions screening, network intelligence, behavioural signals and ML-based anomaly detection, with human fraud analysts for unresolved cases. Embedded in SAP, SAP Ariba, NetSuite, Workday, Coupa and treasury systems, it gives AP, procurement, treasury and payroll teams continuous re-verification and audit-ready evidence.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to go live with Eftsure?
Eftsure states it needs very little time investment from the customer. Before go-live it runs a vendor master file health check (48 hours to 1 week), verifies supplier anomalies and suppliers not already in its database (1 to 3 weeks), and delivers staff training (2 hours). After those steps the platform is usable within minutes, so plan on roughly two to four weeks.
How is Eftsure priced?
Pricing is quote-based and scales on two factors: annual payment expenditure and the number of new vendors onboarded each month. There is no published list price and no seat tiers. Eftsure also states that all platform features form one holistic fraud-mitigation system and cannot be purchased separately, so a subscription is effectively all-or-nothing.
Which systems does Eftsure integrate with?
Eftsure ships embedded integrations for SAP, SAP Ariba, Oracle NetSuite, Workday, Coupa, Kyriba, FIS Payment Hub, FIS Integrity and Acumatica, covering ERP, treasury management, procurement and AP automation categories. It can also be deployed as a web app, via API, or as a managed service.
Is Eftsure secure and certified?
The Eftsure trust centre states that its security is certified by third-party auditors against the most widely recognised information security standards and displays an ISO 27001 certification. Its security page describes redundancy across multiple AWS data centres with documented business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and an incident response plan aligned to ISO/IEC 27035 principles.
What does the Eftsure Guarantee cover?
Eftsure says the guarantee is included with the subscription for customers who signed a customer agreement after 10 March 2025. It provides up to $1 million in coverage in the unlikely event that a verified payment is lost to social engineering fraud.
