Security caution: built with an AI app builder

Helpjuice’s public website shows signs of being built with Lovable: Lovable editor attributes in the page.

Apps generated by AI builders have shipped with serious gaps. In 2025, a scan of 1,645 apps built with Lovable found 170 exposing their users’ data because database access rules were never switched on (CVE-2025-48757).

We found no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 attestation on Helpjuice’s public pages. That does not mean Helpjuice is insecure: we only see its marketing site, not the product, and the vendor may hold certifications it doesn’t publish. Before sharing company data, ask Helpjuice for a recent penetration test or a completed security questionnaire.

Positioning guardrails

Best for

  • Support and customer-care teams looking to deflect 30-50% of tickets through self-service.
  • Enablement and onboarding teams that need new hires productive in days, not weeks.
  • Ops and knowledge teams replacing Notion, Confluence, SharePoint or Google Sites with one searchable source of truth.
  • Mid-market and enterprise orgs that need SSO, role-based access and 50+ language localisation.
  • Content owners who want AI to draft, translate and maintain articles without adding writers.

Ideal size: 30-1,000+ people · Scale-up or enterprise support/ops team with existing content to migrate

Not for

  • Teams that need a full service desk or ticketing suite - Helpjuice is a knowledge base, not a helpdesk.
  • Buyers expecting autonomous AI agents that take actions across other business systems.
  • Very small teams on a tight budget: entry pricing starts at $249 per month.
  • Organisations that require FedRAMP or HIPAA certification evidence.

“Not listed” means the vendor’s public pages don’t mention that channel, not that it is unavailable. Ask about it during evaluation.

Bottom line

Helpjuice is an AI-powered knowledge base platform used by 7,000+ companies to centralise help docs, SOPs and internal knowledge. Vendor material cites 30-50% ticket deflection, faster onboarding and support for 50+ languages. Plans run $249-$799 per month for 30 users, 100 users or unlimited seats; the AI Suite is excluded from the entry plan and included in the higher AI tiers. Setup is quick with free migration, but compliance is only lightly evidenced publicly.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Helpjuice cost per year?

Pricing is a flat monthly rate: $249/mo for the Knowledge Base plan (30 users, about $2,988/yr), $449/mo for the AI-Knowledge Base plan (100 users, about $5,388/yr) and $799/mo for the Unlimited AI plan (about $9,588/yr). A full-feature 14-day trial is offered with no credit card, and migration support is free.

How long does it take to get Helpjuice live?

Vendor material says teams go live in days. A one-click migration is included, manual migration is done within 24 hours, and the knowledge base design is hand-customised at signup. Most teams need no developer work; the main effort is assembling and cleaning content before import.

Is AI included in the price or does it cost extra?

The $249/mo Knowledge Base plan explicitly excludes the AI Suite. AI Writer, AI Search, AI Chatbot, AI article translation, AI-article requests and the step-by-step tutorial builder are included at no additional cost on the $449/mo and $799/mo plans. No metered AI credits or usage billing are published.

What compliance and security evidence is available?

Public pages state SOC 2 and GDPR readiness along with SSO, access control, encryption, firewalls and backups, and the pricing page lists GDPR Ready and robust security. There is no self-serve trust centre among the pages reviewed, so regulated buyers should request certifications and security documentation directly.

Which systems does Helpjuice integrate with?

The pricing page cites 100+ integrations including Salesforce, Slack, Confluence, Zendesk, Helpscout and Google Analytics, plus external API access with custom API docs, versioning and a Chrome extension for article creation and search. Single sign-on is available on the AI plans.

What kind of team is Helpjuice best for?

Support, operations and enablement teams in 30-1,000+ seat organisations whose content is scattered across Slack, Notion, Confluence, Google Sites or email. It is a knowledge base rather than a ticketing suite or an autonomous agent platform, so it is usually paired with an existing helpdesk.
