How does Livestorm's pricing work?
You buy a yearly pack of attendee credits and spend one credit each time a person actually attends a session - live, replay or on-demand. The same person attending two separate sessions uses two credits. Team members do not consume credits, and people who register but never show up are not counted, so you do not pay for no-shows.
Which integrations are supported, and are they included in the plan?
Livestorm lists more than 1,000 apps, including Zapier, Microsoft Dynamics, Brevo, Pipedrive and Slack. HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot and several streaming integrations are marked Enterprise plan only; a public REST API and webhooks are available, and extra API call packs can be purchased.
What security and compliance certifications does Livestorm hold?
The Livestorm Trust Center states ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and GDPR compliance, with EU hosting. Security documentation, including penetration test reports and the ISO certificate, is reserved for Enterprise clients under NDA. SOC 2, HIPAA and FedRAMP are not published.
