Pro is $20/month with unlimited members and a choice of monthly credit tiers from 3,000 up to 20,000 credits; extra credits cost $10 per 1,500 with auto-recharge enabled. Enterprise pricing is custom and adds a 99.99% SLA, SSO and SCIM, log drains, organization management and 24x7x365 support. Existing accounts created before September 4, 2025 can keep their legacy plan.

Is Netlify suitable for ecommerce and marketing sites?
Yes, it is marketed for both. What compliance certifications does Netlify hold?

Can I use my own AI models, and is customer content used for training?
Netlify's AI Gateway lets project code call popular models, including OpenAI and Anthropic models, without managing API keys, and AI inference is billed against Netlify credits based on the model used. Netlify's privacy statement says it does not use your code or content to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in, and it states it does not allow others to do so.
