How does it find shadow SaaS and shadow AI without agents or network changes?
It analyzes email metadata with machine learning rather than email content, detecting account creation, logins and usage patterns regardless of network, device or location, including tools adopted before you deployed it. A browser extension adds real-time login, upload and AI conversation telemetry.
Does it cover AI governance requirements?
Yes. It inventories shadow AI apps, discovers AI agents built on platforms such as Amazon Quick, Datadog and HubSpot, monitors AI conversations for sensitive data with optional in-browser redaction, summarizes AI vendor training and opt-out policies, and delivers AI policy guardrails and acknowledgements.
Can we limit monitoring to a subset of users or mailboxes?
Generally no. With limited exceptions for large enterprise clients and design partners, Nudge Security monitors all mailboxes in your domain, and total active workspace users across all tenants determines your plan. Archived, suspended and deleted users are not counted.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can delete your account and all data and revoke workspace access at any time from admin settings. Subscriptions do not auto-renew and expire at the end of the current monthly or annual contract period.
