By Yeul Payments Inc. (doing business as SamSearch) · 4.5/5 Value-Position score (estimate)

Positioning guardrails

Best for

  • Federal primes and subcontractors screening thousands of solicitations a month
  • Capture and proposal teams that need fit scoring, compliance matrices and grounded first drafts
  • BD leaders tracking recompetes, incumbents and agency buying signals
  • Small and mid-size GovCon firms without a large research or proposal staff
  • Teams that want a GovCon-native pipeline instead of disconnected search tools

Ideal size: 5–200 people · GovCon firm with an active BD/capture and proposal function

Not for

  • Commercial-only companies with no government contracting work
  • Programs that require a FedRAMP-authorized system of record
  • Teams that need to handle CUI today, since CMMC Level 2 is still in progress
  • Buyers who want a published, self-serve price list before a demo
  • Anyone looking for a general-purpose CRM or proposal tool for non-government sales

Bottom line

SamSearch (operated by Yeul Payments Inc.) is an AI platform for government contracting: it screens federal, SLED, DIBBS, Canadian, SBIR and grant opportunities, scores fit, builds compliance matrices and drafts proposals grounded in the customer's own library, then tracks pursuits in a GovCon-native CRM. It syncs with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, Teams, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. It is SOC 2 Type II audited, holds CMMC Level 1 and hosts in US regions. Pricing is quote-only.

Frequently asked questions

How is SamSearch priced, and what counts as a seat?

Pricing is annual and based on two things: how many people work in the platform (capture, BD and proposal roles) and which markets you cover. Read-only stakeholders who only review the pipeline are not charged. There are no feature tiers, no per-module upsells an implementation fee, and onboarding, data migration and training are included. You get a quote on a 45-minute demo call against your own live pursuits.

How long does implementation take?

The vendor publishes a one-week onboarding: workspace live on day one with your company profile built and pipeline and saved searches migrated, a team session on day three using your real opportunities to tune criteria, and in production by the end of week one with pursuits running and alerts landing in Slack or Teams. A dedicated SamSearch expert is accountable from kickoff through adoption at no extra cost.

Does SamSearch train AI models on our proposal data?

No. The Privacy Policy and Section 7B of the Terms of Service state that Client Data and Output Data are never used to train SamSearch's models or algorithms, that it is not a setting that can be switched on for a larger plan, and that retrieval is scoped to your workspace so your library grounds only your own drafts. Model processing is stated as having no retention, and your data is never sold.

Is SamSearch CMMC certified or FedRAMP authorized?

SamSearch states CMMC Level 1 is held today, self-assessed against the 15 FAR 52.204-21 safeguarding requirements for Federal Contract Information. CMMC Level 2, which covers CUI and maps to NIST SP 800-171, is in progress and not held. SamSearch is not FedRAMP authorized; it runs on US cloud infrastructure that holds FedRAMP High authorization at the infrastructure layer, but that authorization belongs to the provider.

Which systems does SamSearch integrate with?

Two-way CRM and pipeline sync with Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive; alerts and updates in Slack and Microsoft Teams; documents in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Calendar, SharePoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive); and contract-vehicle tracking for GSA eBuy, GWACs, IDIQs and vehicles such as OASIS+, SEWP and Alliant. Enterprise plans add API access, custom integrations and internal ERP connections.

How is SamSearch different from GovWin or GovTribe?

The vendor positions SamSearch as pairing the market coverage buyers expect from the incumbents with agents that do the capture work: fit scoring, attachment reading, compliance matrices, proposal drafting and a GovCon pipeline, rather than simply surfacing notices. Every opportunity is scored against your business codes, set-asides, incumbent history and past performance so bid/no-bid decisions are defensible, and recompete timing is verified by an analyst desk.
