Bottom line
Skedulo sells a Deskless Productivity Cloud for scheduling, dispatching and analyzing mobile workforces. It combines Skedulo Plan (scheduling automation), Skedulo Engage (iOS/Android app) and an extensible platform with a native Salesforce solution and integrations with Zendesk, Epic, Workday and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Buyers are mid-market and enterprise healthcare, field service and public sector teams. Pricing is quoted by sales per user, billed annually.
Frequently asked questions
How is Skedulo priced, and can we pay monthly?
Skedulo does not publish list prices. Its pricing page separates Schedulers and Mobile workers and says to contact Skedulo for pricing on both. Licenses are per user, and the vendor states it does not accept monthly billing. If you add users mid-contract you pay only the prorated value of the added licenses for the remainder of the billing period. Ask sales for a written quote covering seats, support and any professional services.
Does every field worker need a Salesforce license?
No. Skedulo's pricing FAQ states that the Skedulo license provides field users with everything they need to use Skedulo in the field. It notes that back-office and scheduling users often buy Salesforce licenses to take full advantage of the Salesforce platform, but that is a choice rather than a requirement for mobile workers.
What support comes with a Skedulo subscription?
Support is included with every Skedulo license purchase, with clearly defined response times for requests. Every customer has 24/7 access to the online Support Portal, where they can submit tickets, search the knowledge base and access downloadable resources, training guides and product videos. Additional support packages are available at higher tiers.
Can we change the number of users during our subscription?
Yes. Skedulo's pricing FAQ states that added user licenses during the contract year are billed only for the prorated value covering the remainder of the billing period, so adding users part-way through the year does not charge a full annual fee per seat. Reductions and contract structure should be negotiated directly with sales.
What integration work is required?
Skedulo publishes native or supported integrations for Salesforce, Zendesk, Epic EMR, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Employment Hero Payroll and billing/payroll/expense systems, and offers Skedulo Lens APIs and SDKs for custom connections. Skedulo also runs Professional Services and works with implementation partners, so plan for a configuration and integration phase rather than immediate self-serve deployment.
