Frequently asked questions
How is Krisp priced for teams and call centers?
Meeting AI is per seat: Core is $8 per user/month and Advanced $15 per user/month when billed annually, with Enterprise custom-priced. A 7-day free trial covers premium features. Call Center AI starts at $15 per agent/month billed annually for CC Core; translation, speech analytics and voice security sit on CC Advanced. Volume discounts apply above 50 members.
How quickly can a team see value?
Noise cancellation works as soon as the desktop app is installed, so most individuals get value on day one. Transcription, notes and CRM sync start with the first recorded meeting. Contact-center rollouts take longer because they involve agent provisioning, SSO/SCIM and usually accent or translation configuration; Krisp sells 14-day evaluations for Call Center AI.
Is Krisp secure enough for regulated industries?
Krisp states SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, HIPAA and PCI-DSS 4.0 compliance, encrypts data at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, and offers SSO/SCIM, data-center location choice and BAA signing for teams of 100+ seats on Enterprise. Call Center AI is designed to keep voice data off Krisp servers. Confirm your own retention, consent and residency requirements before rollout.
Does Krisp use our meeting data to train its AI models?
No. Krisp's pricing FAQ states that meeting data is never used to train Krisp's AI models, and the privacy policy notes meeting content may be shared with third-party service providers to generate AI summaries. Buyers should still review the current privacy policy and sub-processor list for their own data-protection sign-off.
Does Krisp have an API, and how does it fit our stack?
Krisp says it does not offer a public API today; instead it ships native Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Affinity and Slack integrations plus dozens of Zapier connections, webhooks and an MCP integration for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor listed on the Core plan. Notes, transcripts and summaries can also be exported or shared by link without any integration.
What support comes with a Krisp plan?
Core includes 24/7 support plus Slack community access. Advanced adds a priority channel with a dedicated Slack channel, and Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager plus usage analytics reports. Developer Enterprise customers get dedicated engineering support and custom SLAs. A self-serve help centre is available to everyone.
