The AI customer concierge for complex, regulated companies
By Lorikeet · 4.2/5 Value-Position score (estimate)
Positioning guardrails
Best for
- Fintech, healthtech and insurance support teams handling high-stakes, regulated customer conversations
- CX organizations with thousands of monthly tickets that want end-to-end resolution rather than deflection
- Teams already running Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot or Front that want AI without a helpdesk migration
- Operations leaders who need auditable AI with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA and GDPR evidence
Ideal size: 10–1,000 support staff people · Scale-up or enterprise in a regulated industry with an existing helpdesk and API access
Not for
- Companies whose core systems have no API or webhook access
- Buyers shopping for a low-cost self-serve FAQ chatbot
- Teams looking to replace their helpdesk entirely rather than automate inside it
- Very low-volume support teams where per-resolution pricing cannot pay back

Bottom line
Lorikeet is an AI customer concierge that resolves support problems end-to-end across voice, SMS, chat, email and WhatsApp, acting inside the helpdesk, CRM and systems a team already runs. Aimed at fintech, healthtech and insurance, it follows customer SOPs, executes multi-step workflows and escalates to humans with full context. Pricing pairs an annual platform fee from $2,100/month with per-resolution usage. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA and GDPR are independently audited, and customer data is never used to train models.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get to first value with Lorikeet?
Lorikeet publishes an average time to first live ticket under 29 days, with some customers live in hours. Ticketing connectors install through an admin-approved authorization flow without engineering help, every plan includes forward-deployed support starting with a dedicated onboarding session, and you replay historical tickets plus synthetic scenarios to validate resolution quality before a customer sees the agent.
What does Lorikeet cost?
Two published plans: Start at $2,100/month paid annually for teams under 5,000 monthly tickets, and Scale at $5,100/month paid annually for 5,000–20,000 tickets. Both add per-resolution usage: triage $0.27–$0.30, chat/email/SMS $0.90–$0.99, voice $1.20–$1.50, automated QA $0.27–$0.30. A custom Signature tier applies above 20,000 tickets and carries a $75K platform fee and FDE Platinum support from $25K+.
Does Lorikeet replace our helpdesk?
No. Lorikeet works inside the system you already run and takes action through your own APIs, so there is no migration or rip-and-replace. Built-in connectors cover Zendesk (including Messaging), Intercom, Salesforce (including Messaging), HubSpot, Front, Help Scout, Kustomer, Slack and Genesys Cloud; other helpdesks connect through Flexible Ticketing if they send webhooks, and Lorikeet Chat or SDK covers teams with no helpdesk at all.
Is Lorikeet safe to use in regulated industries?
The trust center states SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001:2022, HIPAA and GDPR are independently verified and refreshed annually, with reports downloadable under NDA and BAAs signed for healthcare customers. Lorikeet holds zero-data-retention agreements with all model vendors and does not fine-tune on customer data; PII is automatically redacted and PHI handled minimum-necessary. Production runs on Google Cloud in a private VPC with TLS 1.3 and AES-256 and US, EU or Australian residency options.
Which customer channels and telephony platforms does Lorikeet support?
One agent covers chat, email, voice, SMS and WhatsApp. For voice, any platform that supports call forwarding works, including Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, Dialpad, Vonage, Five9, AirCall and Talkdesk, plus the Lorikeet API and SDK for embedded deployments. Setup can be tested on replayed historical tickets before going live topic by topic.
