Is Pulumi certified for security and compliance?
Pulumi states that the platform is SOC 2 Type II certified and publishes a security whitepaper. The Enterprise edition additionally includes pre-built policy packs covering CIS, CIS Kubernetes, CMMC, HITRUST, ISO 27001, NIST and PCI DSS, enforced through Pulumi Policies in advisory, mandatory or remediation modes.
Can we self-host Pulumi Cloud?
Yes. Self-hosted Pulumi Cloud is available in the Enterprise edition for organisations with specific data-control requirements, and a proof of concept can be requested. Teams can also run the open-source CLI against their own state backend without using the hosted service.
How is the Neo AI agent billed, and can we use our own model key?
Neo is metered by tokens at $3 per million tokens for tasks, pull-request annotations and natural-language search. Enterprise organisations can bring their own model provider key (BYOK); Neo currently supports Anthropic's Claude models, and BYOK usage is billed directly by the model provider.
