Positioning guardrails
Best for
- Proposal and RFP teams answering dozens of RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires a year
- Revenue teams that need sellers and proposal writers answering from the same approved sources
- Organizations where subject-matter experts, not writers, are the response bottleneck
- Regulated teams that must show a source and a reviewer behind every buyer-facing claim
Ideal size: 20–500 across proposal, sales and security teams people · Scale-up or enterprise with an existing proposal function and named SMEs
Not for
- Teams with only a handful of questionnaires a year and no review process
- Buyers looking for a plain content library or proposal template store
- Companies that require published, self-serve list pricing
- Teams that need dispatch, billing or ERP workflows rather than answer governance

Bottom line
Tribble is a governed AI answer layer for revenue teams: Tribble Respond drafts cited RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires from approved knowledge, while Tribble Engage gives sellers the same answers in Slack, Teams and on calls. The Brain, included with both products, keeps every claim tied to a source, owner and reviewer. The vendor cites go-live in 24 hours, 90% of a 200-question RFP drafted in under an hour, and customers including UiPath, Clari and Sprout Social. Pricing is quote-based, per project or per user.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get value from Tribble?
Tribble's onboarding is services-led: the vendor maps the documents, past responses and tools you already trust into the Brain with your team, starting from a real RFP rather than a sample. Tribble states your first RFP can be live in 24 hours, and the first draft shows a source behind every answer so reviewers can approve or route gaps to experts.
How is Tribble priced?
Tribble does not publish list prices. Tribble Respond is priced per project, where each RFP, DDQ or security questionnaire counts as one project and everyone who helps answer it is included at no extra cost. Tribble Engage is priced per user, per month, with call recording and notes (Scribe) included. The Brain is included with both products, and you get a price after a demo on your own material.
How is Tribble different from a content library like Loopio or Responsive?
The vendor positions content libraries as stores of last year's answers that need constant manual upkeep. Tribble instead drafts each answer from your current, cited sources, flags answers it cannot support and routes those questions to the right expert in Slack. It also extends the same approved answers to sales teams in Slack, Teams and on calls, which a response-only library does not do.
Does Tribble train AI models on our data?
Tribble states on its platform page that customer data is not used to train shared AI models, and that source citations, permission-aware retrieval, review routing and audit history are retained. It also says answers follow the permissions your sources already have. Confirm the current contractual wording and security documentation directly with the vendor during evaluation.
Can our sales team use the same answers as the proposal team?
Yes. Both Tribble Respond and Tribble Engage answer from the same Brain. An answer your security or product expert reviewed for an RFP is the answer a rep gets in Slack or Teams and during a live sales call, and edits, approvals and sources stay attached as the answer moves between the two products.
